Respected sir,
Maharashtra – Common Entrance Test (MH-CET) is a test conducted annually by the State Common Entrance Test Cell of the Government of Maharashtra. It is the criterion for admission to first-year full-time degree courses of Health Sciences (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BPTh, BOTh, BASLP, BP&O and BSc. Nursing, B.V.Sc. & AH) and Technical Education (Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy and Pharm. D.). This year the test is scheduled to take place on 5th May 2018.
MH-CET was discontinued in the year 2013. After a 2-year long hiatus of accepting JEE Mains scores, the exam has been revived in 2018. These tips should be able to help you provided that the exam format is not changed drastically.

Hello Prasad Thorat. Thanks for contacting Careers360 and we hope we will be able to answer your query.
Note that MHTCET is among the most important engineering entrance exams in the country. So, obviously the level of input you should put into your preparation should be quite high and thourogh.
I would first advice you to look at the syllabus here:
