What is the importance of maths in engineering ?
Maths subject plays an important role in the engineering. The name engineering itself comprises of two main important subject that is Maths and Physics. The engineering revolve in the maths field without maths equation and derivation the engineering degree will can't be possible. If you are taking an core branches like Electrical, Mechanical etc then you should have to go deeper in the subject Maths.
All the best
hello ganesh gowtham,
basically, the maths plays vital role in engineering.engineering is can't be without maths.for the academics, you'll be have maths as one of your subjects in first year(first 2 semesters).after that, you'll have your own core subjects according to your discipline like eee or ece or cs etc.,
if you take any courses except it/cse, you'll be in need of maths for your final year.
all the best!!
I Hope this information will be useful to you.
if you need additional information, let us know to help you.
Thank you!!!:)
As in engineering you need have to be better knowledge of mathematics because it is the base of many other subjects
Integration and differentiation use in the mechanics
Structural analysis in electrodynamics and electro static
Laplace in electrical engineering.
Other topics and points are used in every field.
So you can not ignore mathematics.
And the application of mathematics is very large.
Good luck
