Hello,
Admission to B.Tech Courses in IIIT Hyderabad is based on percentile scored in JEE Mains. The college does not have any reservations, all the admissions provided are based on common merit list.
Previous year cutoff for B.Tech CS was

99.958238 percentile. 1st round
99.9187734. 2nd round
99.910198. 3rd round
99.908422. 4th round
99.9084225. 5th round

However it is adviced if ypu have anything over 99.5 percentile, you should definitely fill the form as many studemts get IIT seats and hence leave this seat.
