Good opportunities are available for diploma chemical engineers in chemical process and petrochemical industries. You can also find employment in pharmaceutical; healthcare; pulp and paper; food processing; polymer; biotechnology; environmental health and safety industries; chemical process industries such as fertilizer, pesticides, specialty chemicals, dyes, dyestuff, paint and lubricants etc. And with this, you have both the options whether in Govt sector or in private one. And to get a job in same field depends on your academics and how well you perform in your interview also. So try to do well.
And if you talk about B.Tech (LEET) then its your choice if you have interest and potential for the same then you should go for it.
