what is the last date on EWS certificate, to be applicable for aiims pg Nov 2019 ? for obc it has mentioned tht 16 Oct 2019 ,plz clarify?!

The application form date is already finished for january session. the documents required while filling the form is photograph,signature and left thumb expression.
There didn't notified about uploading the category certificate yet..The final registration process was extented till Oct 16. and exam was scheduled on NOV 17,2019.
Thy will release all the details by the middle week of december regarding requirements for the process and the procedure.
You will need the certificate so make it prior to one month of counselling.
