As per the previous year cutoffs the minimum marks you need to have for a government seat in dental college in Telangana are around 420 marks in SC category. However remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam and more. To be on more safer side try score atleast 450+ in NEET UG exam.
