You can say the level is intermediate since there is not as much competition as compared to all India Exams like JEE or neet but this exam is for 10+2 passed candidates or 3 years diploma candidates.The exam is supposed to happen in 10 Aug 2021 as per recent news.The admission is purely merit based and takes place through counselling.
