The link for merit based and entrance examination based admissions is same, which is,
admission.du.ac.in
But I must inform you that registrations haven't started yet and would begin in a day or two from now. If you have any more queries then feel free to ask.

If you want to register yourself for the UG admission you can kindly go to the main site of University of Delhi where you'll find the option for registration.
The site is: du.ac.in
