There are 3 main exams .



NEET for MBBS and BDS

AIIMS for MBBS

JIPMER for MBBS only.

NEET is the one competitive exam for mbbs and bds courses. If you would like to study at great institutes like AIIMS and JIPMER you will have to take up separe.

also Christian medical college holds separate entrance exam for admitting students based on certain criteria

Hello Anchit , three entrance exam are conducted  in india for MBBS, BDS and  for all other courses related to medicin..  NEET for MBBS, BDS and other medical courses

AIIMS for MBBS and BDS

JIPMER for MBBS.

Neet covers all mbbs seats and bds seats.

It also covers bsc medical seats on basis of state ranks.

Previously it used to be many examinations but now only 3 exams are conducted all over India for MBBS



1. NEET which happens once in a year for combined MBBS and BDS entrance



2.AIIMS - MBBS

There are various medical entrance exam conducted nationwide. Some are exclusively for MBBS and some are for MBBS and BDS both.

In India, the main national level entrance exam is NEET conducted by CBSE for admission to MBBS and BDS both in all government, semi-government and private colleges.

Apart from NEET, JIPMER and AIIMS are also conducted but only for MBBS seats.
