What is the main stream to become a softwer engineer? Is it IT or CSE ??
Hello,Anitesh
Knowledge of Computer Programming is a prerequisite for becoming a software engineer.Software engineering is a direct sub-field of engineering and has an overlap with Computer Science and Management Service. It is also considered a part of overall System Engineering.
Hope this helps.
HI Anitesh,
CSE(Computer Science and Engineering) and IT(Information Technology) aren't very different. However, CSE deals with the software part more rigorously than IT. IT deals more with the hardware part, while CSE handles both hardware and software. So the main stream to become a software engineer is CSE.
Thanks.
I appreciate your interest towards Software Engineering and I'm here to help you regarding your query !!
Basically, the Computer science and engineering and information technology is almost the same and has very minor differences. Software engineers are being recruited from all the branches of Engineering and so as from these two branches too. It's all your spirits on how interested you are in coding. So, be very very strong enough in programming and so, you can easily become a Software Engineer and no bother about the branch !!
Hope you find my answer helpful !!
Good luck ahead !!
