Hi,

GPAT(Graduation Pharmacy Admission  Test) usually consists of the syllabus and subjects which you have studied in your entire B.Pharmacy. You cannot assume a single subject to overpower the another one. So, it would be best to pay equal attention to all the subjects coming under GPAT examination. One can easily start the GPAT preparation right from the time of Bachelor's course itself because it is entirely focused on that too. The first and foremost thing to do is to download the syllabus given for GPAT by Pharmacy Council Of India. Jot down the topics for preparation. Focus more on concept based and numerical questions. The time for study entirely depends on you caliber and how  much deep you know about the said subject. You can get more details over here: https://pharmacy.careers360.com/articles/gpat-syllabus
