Electrical Engineering and Electronics and Telecommunication both have their own scopes.

The difference between them is that in;

Electrical Engineering it is deeply studied about electronic devices and in Electronic and telecommunication it is not studied so deeply.

EE is also little bit difficult then ECE. also both have 50% same syllabus.

advantage of taking ECE- you can work in any field.

advantage of EE-more number of jobs.

as per opinions people from EE are given more preference in government jobs,core companies etc.
