The requirements are graduation with minimum 50% , a good communication skills  for growth and a good cat marks to score and if you have work experience its great .. thats all

For MBA, you need to be a graduate atleast . There are some colleges which require work experience while others don't. So , the requirements depend on the college you want to get into .
