The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture(COA) measures the aptitude of the applicant for a specific field of study, i.e. Architecture. The test measures drawing and observation skills, sense of proportion, aesthetic sensitivity and critical thinking ability that have been acquired over a long period of time, and that are related to specific field of study, i.e. Architecture.
Council of Architecture(COA) prescribes minimum part-wise and overall NATA 2019 minimum marks one needs to score to qualify the entrance exam. The cutoff of NATA for both Part A and Part B are declared before the exam. However, the overall cutoff is decided based on post-exam statistics.
It's important for candidates to meet NATA 2019 cutoff for all 3 conditions individually to qualify in the exam.
NATA Qualifying Cut off
- In MCQ, you have to score a minimum of 30 marks out of 120 marks
- In Drawing, you have to score a minimum of 20 marks out of 80 marks
- And the aggregate marks are declared by COA post-exam statistics out of 200 marks.

The eligibility for admission, it is necessary to have a minimum of 50% marks in 10+ 2 in any stream (Commerce/ PCM) with maths as a subject
The passing of Nata exam is 80 marks i.e around 40% marks in NATA.
section wise cutoff: minimum marks
20/80 in drawing section.
30/120 in MCQ portion.
