Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.
See it is quite difficult to help you with exact cut-off marks because it keeps on varying depending upon various factors but as we go through previous year's (2019) cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the lowest cut-off marks was 575 for Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, New Delhi under state quota for General category and we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020. So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your aim should not be less than 610 out of 720 marks and if you are seeking it through All India Quota then your aim should not be less than 630.

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
