Look ,the marks for selection or you may say cutoff vary from year to year, the highest cutoff in neet exam goes for the MBBS course ,so one has to score very good to get seat in goverment college for MBBS course.In general ,it has been seen every year that to secure a goverment seat for MBBS you must have to score atleast 500 marks ,below that no college gives you admission ,only private colleges give you admission .

Whether or not you will get a government MBBS seat depends on a lot of factors: your rank, your state and whether you are asking for state quota or AIQ. For a general category student, a score of around 550+ may make him/her get a government mbbs seat while the same can go upto 580+ for a seat from All India Quota.
Some states have lesser cutoffs than rest while states like UP may have higher cutoffs.
