what is the maths syllabus for UPSC according to 10th and 12th

In UPSC CSE exam.. Maths are in two sections basically .

1. In Prelims- cognitive ability (10th standard syllabus )
2. In Mains- as an Optional paper (12th standard questions )

Now let me explain the syllabus briefly :

• Prelims : Basic numeracy (orders of magnitude, numbers and their relations, etc.) , Data Interpretation
• Mains :

4. Ordinary Differential Equations
5. Vector Analysis

Paper-2:

1. Algebra
2. Real Analysis
3. Complex analysis
4. Linear Programming
5. Partial Differential Equations
