what is the maximum age limit for SSC CGL?

The maximum age limit for SSC CGL is 32 years. However, candidates belonging to reserved category will be given some age relaxation as per Government's policy.

Age limit for SSC CGL is as follows
general categories- earlier age limit for general category was between 18 to 27 years which was now increased up to 30 years .
OBC/ SC/ST-
OBC category students will get 3 year age relaxation from general category.and sc/St category students will get extra 5 years age relaxation from general category.
pH+ general category students will get 10 years age relaxation.
pH+ OBC category students will get 13 years age relaxation.
pH+sc/St category students will get 15 years age relaxation.
Ex servicemen ( general) will get 3 years age relaxation.
Ex servicemen (OBC) will get 6 years age relaxation.
Ex servicemen (sc/St) will get 8 years age relaxation.
