qualifying score liable to change in every year. however according to previous years cutoff percentile is as following-
SC-PH->119-107 (Equals to 40 percentile)
ST-PH->119-107 (Equals to 40 percentile)
OBC-PH ->119-107 (Equals to 40 percentile)
UR – PH->133-120 (Equals to 45 percentile)

PWD is a horizontal reservation which means PWD quota is given within the Category you belong to. For example if you belong to General Category and have PWD reservation, you will be considered under UR-PWD. It is the same with OBC,SC,ST wherein you will be considered under OBC-PWD, SC-PWD and ST-PWD. And the cut offs differ from year to year and College to College depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates apeparing for the exam no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
