I hope you are doing well. St. John’s Medical College has been recognised by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). It is also approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI). For the last ten years, St. John Medical College has consistently been ranked among the top 10 medical colleges in the country. The College is affiliated with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Karnataka. St John Medical College was ranked 14 under the Medical category by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) in 2020. Established in 1963, St John's Medical College offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Super Speciality, PhD, elective, and Fellowship courses across three streams. Most of the courses offered by SJMC are recognised and approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI). St. John’s Medical College has more than 40 departments, including Anatomy, Biochemistry, General Surgery, Cardiology and Medical Oncology, among others. St Johns Medical College Bangalore has over 450 highly qualified faculty members.
It is not possible for us to tell you to the exact numbers but according to previous year's cutoff, the last rank to get St Johns in the second round counseling conducted by KEA was around an AIR of 9000 and a marks of 594. While the cutoff in the Mop-Up was an AIR of 13500 or so (NEET score of around 580).
