What is the meaning of B tech plus M tech dual for5 years? Which course is best B tech or above-mentioned?

Btech plus Mtech means completing both btech and mtech in just 5 years or else if you have to complete both you 6 years.You can save 1 year by taking integrated course.According to me 5 year course is better.
