Different colleges in India have different bond amount, to be more precise different states have different bond money and also service bond duration.
So you should tell about which state's college you are targeting, then I will be to able to tell about it's bond status.
For example: Uttar Pradesh have a bond of 2 years service and bond to be paid is 10 lakhs. But it does not have any seat leaving bond .
