What is the meaning of cuttoff in rank as shown in your app for aiims

The cutoff that you have mentioned are the minimum ranks that is required in respective categories to become eligible for Counselling process. Generally the merit list cutoff are advertised for four times the number of seats present in each category. For eg: if there are 20 seats in SC then SC rank up to 80 will be called for Counselling and his/her rank shall correspond to the cutoff.

The other cutoff that you may come through is minimum marks required to qualify the exam which is 50 th percentile for UR and OBC 45 and 40 for SC,ST, PWD.
