what is the meaning of "Sac" ( seat against cancellation) in second counseling ? will it means that no seat will be alloted if i already got allted in first counseling? Or it means my first seat will cancelled if i got upgrade college? please clarify this ??

Hello,

SAC are those seats in which admission has been completed. They are pretty much useless and not necessary. Please do not confuse them with virtual vacancies out there.

The data that I have for now is like this-

UROP - 162.
URGl - 32.
EWOP - 62
EWGL - 32.
OBCOP - 73.

In UP, The general category seats are renounced from All India.
