In aviation, English is the universal language which is used. therefore, you need to be fluent in English at least and all the exams conducted will be in English .
Knowledge of other languages such as Hindi or some other language is beneficial for your own growth. For example if you want a job in a French airline, knowledge of French will be beneficial but English is a MUST
