Mata Sundari college for Women is a premier college of Delhi university. Delhi University hosts students from all over India and therefore English becomes the medium of instruction understandable to all it's student. But almost all the faculties can speak both Hindi and English.
But in case you have Hindi or Sanskrit as subjects in your BA programme, then for sure the faculties would be speaking in Hindi.
