Hello friend, when the regular round of counselling are unable to fill the the seats in the institutions, then that institute organize the physical counselling or spot counselling. In this counselling the people are called according to their rank irrespective of any kind of reservation. Then the merit list issued for spot round is called spot counselling merit list. The person who is intrested in this round must be present physically to take admission in the college. Hope this sums up.
