The JEE Advanced cut off is decided based on the following factors:

  • Number of students appearing for the exam
  • Student’s performance in the exam
  • Number of seats available
  • Difficulty level of the exam
  • Previous year cutoff

JEE Advanced Cut Off 2019 is yet to be released but i think previous year cutoff will give you some idea

Category - Common Rank List (CRL)

Minimum Marks in Each Subject - 12

Minimum Aggregate Marks - 126

Minimum Aggregate Marks (Revised) - 90

According to my knowledge paper 1 and paper 2 cutoff is all together they are not provided separately.
