For any Medical college admission, you need to complete your 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50% with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology as your core subjects. It is 50% if you are from General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for SC/ST/OBC. Your 10+2 marks have no significanve whatsoever in getting an admission in the medical college. Your 10+2 marks determine your eligibility to appear for NEET.

Nonit is not. Assam has no different eligibility criteria. NTA has specified the criteria for all States and Assam also falls under this.
