The minimum age requirement to become Prime Minister of India is 25 years . An individual must be at least 25 years old to be eligible to be elected as a Member of Parliament (MP) and afterward to be Prime Minister. If they are a Rajya Sabha member , they must be over the age of 30 . The age requirement is outlined in Article 75 of the Indian Constitution, which addresses the conditions for membership in Parliament and eligibility for the post of Prime Minister.
