As per calculation, your child will be of 14 and half years, so he/she can appear for exam.

But, one more thing, there should be sequence of classes i.e.7th,8th,9th completed.

The minimum age limit to appear for CBSE class 10th board exam is 14 years, that means the candidate must have completed 14 years of age as on 31st December of the year of examination, there is not any maximum age limit to appear for CBSE class 10th board exam.
CBSE class 10th term 1 exam will be conducted from 30th November to 11th December 2021, the exams will be conducted in two terms, term 1 and term 2.
