Hope you are doing well. There is no free seats in Bangalore Medical College, you have to attend NEET exam to get admission. If I say you attend NEET exam. Let's say as you do not mention your category, let's pretend you're from general category. So, according to general category, you have to be in between 17259 rank and score 567,for OBC 36267 rank and score 523, SC 96388 rank and score 435 and for ST 73338 and 463 score.

Note that it is not possible to get a 'free seat' for MBBS since that does not exist. You can however get government seats which require you to pay lower fees and that would need you to score extremely well in NEET.
So if you are aspiring for a government seat at Bangalore Medical College (BMC) with low fees, which is the best medical college in Karnataka, based on previous years' cutoff trends, you'll have to score 560 or above in your NEET exam, if you belong to general category. This may be slightly lower for SC/ST/PwD students. You'll need to put in a lot of effort and be determined to achieve it. Study well, work hard and surely you will be able to succeed.
