Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General or Open category.
As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2020 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that if you are getting 99 percentile or more then you would have some chances for CSE in average NITs and if you want good NITs with CSE branch then you should aim for above 99.5 percentile, similarly for ECE branch in average NITs you should try to maintain your percentile above 97 but for top NITs you should try it above 98.5 percentile. Above data is for Other state quota.
