You haven't mentioned any state or for which college you want to know the minimum cut off marks. Even you didn't mentioned the category.
If you are asking cut off percentile to qualify then it is 50th percentile for Gen category which may be around 145-150 marks and for OBC/sc/st ii's 40th percentile which may be fall between 110-120marks in NEET 2021. Scoring this much marks will make you qualify and doesn't provide any college.
As your profile suggest you are from West Bengal,so I'll tell last year minimum marks for getting govt college in NEET state counseling of Bengal. These are mentioned below for different categories
Gen - 572 marks
BC-A -566 marks
BC-B - 557 marks
EWS-559 marks
SC- 452marks
ST- 237 marks
So if you belong to general category then your score must be around 550+ to have chances of getting govt mbbs college in west bengal.
