To get admission in a government college, your NEET score should be minimum 500-550+
However, you should keep high target so that atleast you can score near to it or even more which will surely get you a good college of your choice.
As the safe marks range can't be predicted.. because of variations in cutoffs every year and so to be on a safe side.. you should try to score more.

As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam the difficulty level of the exam so if you belong to St category and if you are applying under 85% state quota seats then you should score above 370 marks and if you are applying under 15% all India quota seats then you should score above 430 marks to secure a seat in government medical College.i hope this information helps you.

The cut off for admission in Agartala government medical college in the previous year for the ST category under the state quota was a rank of 72,057 and 411 marks. Hence, for admission here in the 2019 session you would require marks around this range for a fair chance of admission here.
