Hey,
Based on last few year's cutoff trends JEE Rank, for last round generally closed in between 2850-2796 for Computer Engineering, for EWS cateogory. And you did not asked for IT, but since it is the second desired branch so am telling you for IT too. That for IT closed between 3250 - 3124 for candidates belonging to outside Delhi region.
You can also predict all possible colleges based on your rank using college predictor tool.
