Candidates need to qualify the NEET UG entrance exam to be eligible for admission to medical colleges. Then for all the eligible candidates every college declares its own cutoff for admission.
Cutoff varies every year and depends on various factors like the difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates appeared in the exam, category wise, etc.
However, NEET UG 2018 qualifying cutoff for General Category candidates was 119 marks. If you want to take admission in any particular college then let me know the college name so I can provide you the previous year cutoff details for reference.
