what is the minimum marks in jee mains to get into IIITs?

You should try to get more then 125 marks in JEE Main general category to get NITs and IIITs.

As the cut off depends on the branch, category and IIIT but generally to get admission in lower IIIT 120 marks should be there but if you wish to get seat in top IIITs then more than 150 would be required. So plan and prepare accordingly so that you can get admission in your desired college.
