It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of your admission chances in any particular college because the cut-off keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-
*** number of candidates appeared in NEET UG
*** difficulty level of the paper
*** top score for NEET UG
*** total number of seats available for admission and so on.


So if we go through previous years cut-offs then according to that, you have good chances of getting AIIMS Kalyani only if you score around 570-580 out if 720 in NEET UG 2022 being a General category candidate.
