I have mentioned the CUTOFFs , NEET Closing Ranks and Percentiles of three out of seven AIIMS around india.

AIIMS 2018 CUTOFFs of Patna, Bhopal and Delhi.

The cutoffs are list as CATEGORY, LAST RANK and PERCENTILE SCORED.

AIIMS PATNA:

1. General: 1,720 , 99.40
2. OBC: 2,494 , 99.13
3. SC: 16,342 , 94.27
4. ST:                   - ,        -

AIIMS BHOPAL:

1. General: 1,003,  99.98
2. OBC: 6,596, 97.71
3. SC: 17,140,   94.12
4. ST: 13,311,   95.37

AIIMS DELHI:

1. General: 52    ,  99.98
2. OBC: 5590,  98.05
3. SC: 1143,   99.60
4. ST: 4478,   98.44

In all, The lowest Percentile is 94.27.

Which means that you have to get at least 500 to 550+ Score in order to secure your rank to get admission in AIIMS though being in ST Category.

But if you are determined and want to become a doctor by heart, you can always give your second option to government colleges in your area. If that is not possible, you can even try for Private Colleges which have low fees.
