ICAR doesnot provide ranks vs marks,nor does it release the marks of the marks of the students in results,nor does it allow the students to take the offline paper home,so an exact value cannot be given of the cutoff score.You should aim for something above 100 .A rank within 2000 gurantee you a seat in the first counselling.
