Hi there.
Admissions into AIIMS take place on the basis of percentile scores, hence, nothing can be said about 60-70 marks. Logically, 60-70 marks would never get you into any institute. Study hard and score as much as possible. Looking at the previous years cut off might give you an idea of how much you need to score. Here is the link that will give you such relevant information:
