If you are looking for a seat rather than just qualifying trust me your rank should be good enough.There are all total 807 seats in India including all AIIMS across India.There are 64 seats reserved for ST students its means you have to score all india rank in ST category nearly 60-70.there are 5% seats available of Physically handicaped students.It means 7 seats for st physical handicapped students.Accordingly you have to score.Exact score in unpredictable .So you can check here the previous year cutoff and expect almost the same.There may be up and downs.

Hi there Predicting safe scores is difficult as cut offs vary every year depending on a lot of factors like number of candidates writing the exam and difficulty level of paper. The cut off marks for admission In AIIMS delhi was a rank of 2090 and a percentile of 99.4468163 for the ST category in 2019 the cut off in 2017 was a rank of 4478 and percentile of 98.4429374.
