Hello,
The candidates with 40% of visual disability or more than40% are not eligible to pursue the Graduate Medical Education.
Candidates who have less than 40% of visual disability are eligible, but they do not qualify for reservation as they do not fulfil benchmark.
If you fulfil this eligibility criteria so, you can pursue NEEt exam.

I have 30% visual disability .so i can reserve the seat through ph qouta .

What are you saying and who said you I am student of ALLEN KOTA and here I shown my disability of low vision of 40% to my counselling department and some teachers .they said you can go for PwD quota

Yes U can pursue MBBS Nd also u wll get 5% reservation with 40% disability according to the rpwd act 2016,besides the MCI guidelines they have barred such candidates to pursue MBBS and not gave reservations they are againest the rpwd act 2016,and apex court had already seen this similar case of 40% visual impairment who had been barred by mci to get MBBS seat but overall apex court were head to the act and the guy got MBBS seat in pwd merit
