Hello,

Well there is no criteria that sets by the private companies. It totally depends upon different factors like-

Company

Job post

Course you have completed

Knowledge about you course

Prior experience in relevant field


However, if you're a Engineering aspirant then you will face problems or difficulties if you are willing to do job in a reputed company. But if you completed courses like B.com or BBA then you will get the job but you should have communication skills.
