To qualify NDA minimum marks required is 35% for final cutoff marks which mean a candidate have to score minimum 105 marks in mathematics section & 210 marks in General Ability Section to be able to qualify for overall cut off.

UPSC has not mentioned any qualifying percentage for each subject in the notification. However in previous years' cutoff, there is qualifying cutoff of 25 % in each subject.

As per the Previous years’ NDA Cut off for Written Exam out of 900-

NDA 1 cut of-

342 (With 25 % in each subject)

So, you need to qualify the sectional cutoff for NDA 1 of 25%(Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT)) to qualify NDA 1.
