There is no specific percentage in graduation for appearing in CPT but if you are graduate with atleast 55% then you can exempt CPT and can directly appear in IPCC.

Can anyone advice me..I have 54.125 % marks in b.com(honours) and 64.38% in MBA finance course and having 6.5 years of accounting experience. So would I be eligible to enroll for CA IPCC directly? I am bit confused since it's mentioned as minimum percentage is required for CA IPCC 55%. Also please suggest me which professional course will be good for me CA or UK ACCA, or CMA or ICWA.Your advice will be most helpful to build my career well.

As per the eligibility criteria for CA CPT, you should have passed 12th and there is no specific percentage mentioned.
Also candidates who have completed graduation or post graduation in Commerce stream with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate of all subjects or its equivalent from a state or nationally recognised university are exempted from CA CPT.
So incase you have done bcom and have percentage above 55% you do not need to give the exam.
Rest criteria you can check here for CA CPT entrance. There is no mention for reserved categories.
