If you want to know about b.sc Horticulture , then candidates who have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) with science stream or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, are eligible for the course. There is no minimum % required in intermediate to be eligible. Selection is done on the basis of their marks secured in KCET conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) in the month of May under the Agriculturist Quota , so you need to prepare for KCET.
