What is the minimum percentage required in du to get admissiom for b.com? Is there any enternce exam to be given?

No, no entrance exam for BCom.
Your class 12 marks are taken during admission.

The minimum marks required depends on your reservation category. If you belong to general, you will be getting B.Com (P) in South Campus with say, 88-89 percent. For North Campus and Honors course, the cut offs go higher.

But not the course Jo aapko chahiye hoga.
Agar Hindi/Philosophy/Sanskrit padhna chahte ho, tab aaram se mil jayega.
