As per your question, see honestly one cannot estimate Or predict the minimum rank Or percentile to get into NITs Or IIITs Or even GFTIs, as also you didn't mentioned your required branch which you are going for. As minimum percentile in NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs is around 70k to 1lakh, as according to this range as low you have your rank, as low you you have your versatility to choose your branch.
See honestly as per general category if your rank or percentile is around 20k to 30k then you can expect some better branches along with better NITs.
As per OBC category if your rank is around 30k to 40k then you can expect better branches.
As per ST or SC category if your rank is around 30k to 50k then you can expect better Nits, IIITs Or GFTIs also you can choose your branches accordingly.
